Mr.Mehaber possesses over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Stock Trading, currency, and business finance. As president of Coastline Management Group Inc, he successfully identified, acquired, and managed numerous real estate opportunities specializing in commercial and income-producing properties. Mr. Mehaber’s ability to identify and rehabilitate undervalued properties has resulted in the successful acquisition and completion of 30+ investments within the last twenty years producing partners' return rates that exceed triple digits. Prior to his current position, he spent six years as a commercial real estate agent for Capital Commercial Group Inc, where he was responsible for selling over $100 million in income-producing real estate and was officially recognized as the Highest Selling Newcomer in 1988, Top Listing Agent from 1998 to 2003 and Top Earning Agent from 1999 to 2003. In 2002, Mr. Mehaber began to acquire multi-family apartment buildings in South Florida. His main focus was to find the right value-added asset, acquire it, stabilize it, increase the rents, decrease the expenses, re-finance, refinance and hold for continued cash flow. Currently, Mr. Mehaber has successfully acquired 1000+ units in South Florida.

Cindy serves as the Vice President of Operations overseeing the functions of the Office. She manages Business Operations, Facilities Management, Real Estate, and Construction. She also works closely with banking and investors. Cindy began her career in her native town of New York City as a Real Estate Paralegal.
Since a teenager, David has worked in every aspect of the residential construction process. For the last decade, he has specialized in premier high-end interior design and renovation for discerning clients within Boca Raton, FL - Wellington, FL, and Singer Island, FL.
Director of Business Development
Antoni has an extensive track record in international business development and has executed programs in diverse industries including Diamond, Security, Oil and Real Estate businesses. He is always finding new and innovative ways to increase sales and revenue. Antoni oversees sales for Aragon Development and is the Director of Security for Studebaker Group.

Tom is experienced across a broad spectrum of countries; this has developed his skills in working in challenging environments to find solutions that, have exhaustive logistical and geographical constraints. He is a seasoned property developer having owned, constructed and managed a range of investments including hotel, residential and retail projects. Tom will be overseeing all of Aragon Developments' international projects and is the Tom is co-founder and COO of the reborn Studebaker Group.
